This classy-looking keto strawberry mousse recipe is a super easy-to-make dessert that you can whip up in minutes with only 2g carbs.

This delicious keto strawberry mousse dessert, also called flummery, was very popular in the 1970s – but our healthier version is making a comeback.

Can’t find sugar-free jello without any nasty ingredients? Mix together 1 envelope (2 ½ teaspoons) of gelatin, 1 tbsp of powdered erythritol, and 1-2 tsps of flavor essence to use in its place.

  • 1 sachet of Sugar-Free Strawberry Jello
  • 1 cup of Boiling Water
  • 1 ½ cups of Heavy Cream

How to Make Keto Strawberry Mousse

  1. Place the contents of the jello sachet into a heatproof jug, add the boiling water and stir until the jello has dissolved.
  2. Set aside and allow to cool until it is lukewarm to room temperature and still liquid.
  3. Place the cream into a large mixing bowl and whip using a hand mixer with the whisk attachment. Once the cream looks frothy, add the cooled jello.
  4. Whip for around 3-5 minutes until thick and fluffy.
  5. Spoon the mixture into 4 martini glasses, or serving bowls, and place in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
  6. Before serving, top each dessert with Keto whipped cream and a strawberry slice, if desired, then enjoy!
