Can’t find sugar-free jello without any nasty ingredients? Mix together 1 envelope (2 ½ teaspoons) of gelatin, 1 tbsp of powdered erythritol, and 1-2 tsps of flavor essence to use in its place.

- 1 sachet of Sugar-Free Strawberry Jello
- 1 cup of Boiling Water
- 1 ½ cups of Heavy Cream
How to Make Keto Strawberry Mousse

- Place the contents of the jello sachet into a heatproof jug, add the boiling water and stir until the jello has dissolved.
- Set aside and allow to cool until it is lukewarm to room temperature and still liquid.
- Place the cream into a large mixing bowl and whip using a hand mixer with the whisk attachment. Once the cream looks frothy, add the cooled jello.
- Whip for around 3-5 minutes until thick and fluffy.
- Spoon the mixture into 4 martini glasses, or serving bowls, and place in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, top each dessert with Keto whipped cream and a strawberry slice, if desired, then enjoy!
