- 12 ounces of Sugar-Free White Chocolate
- 2 scoops of Matcha MCT Powder

- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place the chocolate into a heatproof bowl, and place over a small saucepan of simmering water. Ensuring that the bowl does not touch the water.
- Heat the chocolate until it is about 60% melted, then remove from the heat and continue to stir until it has melted completely.
- Pour 3-4 tablespoons of the melted chocolate into a separate bowl and set aside.
- Add the matcha powder to the larger portion of chocolate and mix well.
- Pour the matcha chocolate onto your lined tray and smooth out with a spatula.
- Drizzle over the reserve white chocolate and use a wood skewer or chopstick to swirl the chocolate.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, or until hardened.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
