Keto Panna Cotta Ingredients

- ¼ cup of Water
- 0.25oz of Gelatin
- 2 cups of Heavy Cream
- ¼ cup of Erythritol
- 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Essence
- ½ cup of Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), to serve
How to Make Keto Panna Cotta

- Place the water into a small bowl and sprinkle over the gelatin, leave for 5 minutes to soften.
- Place a saucepan over medium heat and add the cream, sweetener and vanilla. Bring to a simmer then remove from the heat.
- Whisk in the gelatin, until completely dissolved. If your gelatin is not dissolving, place back over the heat and bring to a simmer, but don’t allow the mixture to boil.
- Pour the mixture evenly into 4 glasses and refrigerate for 3-4 hours, until set.
- Top each panna cotta with a few berries and enjoy!
