  • 4 teaspoons of Sukrin Melis, or your preferred powdered sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence

  1. Place all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour into a ziplock bag, smooth out until the mixture is spread evenly.
  3. Freeze for 20-30 minutes until the mixture is partially frozen.
  4. Cut the corner off the ziplock bag and squeeze the mixture into 2 dishes.
  5. Enjoy as is, or top with your favorite toppings.
