You can make parmesan chips with just one ingredient, which is parmesan cheese. Just follow the same cooking method minus all the other flavors.

  • 5 ounces of Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • 3 slices of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of White Pepper, ground
  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
  • Pinch of Salt

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C/390F. Prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  3. Make tablespoon-sized piles of the mixture on the cookie sheet, and flatten them out, leaving space between each mound.
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes until melted and browned.
  5. Leave to cool completely before enjoying!
