  • 4 slices of Keto Bread
  • 2 tablespoons of Butter
  • 2 slices of Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup of Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper

How to make a Keto Grilled Cheese Sandwich
  1. Butter both sides of the bread slices.
  2. Place a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add two of the slices.
  3. Top each with a slice of cheese and half the mozzarella and sprinkle over the salt and pepper, then the other slices of bread.
  4. Cook the sandwiches for 3-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  5. Serve immediately.
