This Keto Cinnamon Glazed Donuts recipe makes 8 donuts. 1 serving is one donut and has 2g net carbs.

  • Donuts Ingredients:
  • ¾ cup of Almond Flour
  • ⅓ cup of Natvia Icing Mix, or your preferred powdered sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons of Psyllium Husk Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Cinnamon, ground
  • ¼ teaspoon of Nutmeg, ground
  • 1 large Egg
  • 3 tablespoons of Unsalted Butter, melted
  • ¼ cup of Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
  • Glaze Ingredients:
  • ⅓ cup of Natvia Icing Mix, or your preferred powdered sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon of Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1-2 tablespoons of Hot Water

How to make Keto Cinnamon Glazed Donuts
  1. Donuts Instructions:
  2. Preheat your oven to 160C/320F.
  3. Place all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  4. Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
  5. Grease your donut tin with butter and spoon or pipe the batter evenly between 8 holes.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. The donuts are cooked when they spring back when touched.
  7. Turn out and leave to cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes.
  8. Glaze Instructions:
  9. Mix together the icing mix and butter, slowly add the hot water until the mixture is of pouring consistency.
  10. Spoon the glaze over the cooled donuts, sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
  11. Enjoy immediately or leave to set for 5-10 minutes.
