How to Make Keto Chocolate Custard

- Add the ingredients, except the chocolate and whipped cream, to a saucepan. Whisk well.
- Place over low heat and continuously stir for about 15 minutes, until the mixture has thickened slightly and looks velvety.
- Add the chocolate and mix well, until all the chocolate has melted and thoroughly combined. You can use an immersion blender to make this step easier.
- Pour the mixture into 8 serving dishes.
- Chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
