  • ⅓ cup of Swerve
  • 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Essence

  • ½ cup of Keto Whipped Cream for serving

  1. Add the ingredients, except the chocolate and whipped cream, to a saucepan. Whisk well.
  2. Place over low heat and continuously stir for about 15 minutes until the mixture has thickened slightly and looks velvety.
  3. Add the chocolate and mix well until all the chocolate has melted and thoroughly combined. You can use an immersion blender to make this step easier.
  4. Pour the mixture into eight serving dishes.
  5. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  6. Top with Keto Whipped Cream and a little grated Sugar-Free Chocolate before serving.
