These Keto Bagel Fat Bombs are a delicious ball of bagel fillings – cream cheese, smoked salmon, and chives – all in 2 bites! These savory bites also make great appetizers!

You don’t even need the bagel with our tasty fat bombs, but in case you do; we have a great Keto Everything Bagel Recipe! You can even load it with Corned Beef and have yourself a Reuben Bagel!

This Everything Bagel Fat Bombs recipe makes 18 serves. 1 serving is 1 fat bomb and has 0.8g net carbs.

Store leftover Keto Bagel Fat Bombs in the fridge for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Frozen fat bombs are best defrosted in the fridge.

  • 8 ounces of Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons of Chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of Dried Dill
  • ¼ teaspoon of White Pepper, ground
  • 4 ounces of Smoked Salmon, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • ⅓ cup of Everything Seasoning

How to Make Keto Bagel Fat Bombs

How to make Keto Bagel Fat Bombs
  1. Place the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer.
  2. Add the chives, dill, and pepper. Beat for 1-2 minutes on medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the smoked salmon and mix well.
  4. Taste and add salt, if needed.
  5. Use a cookie scoop to measure our bite-sized balls, place them onto a lined cookie sheet and chill for 30 minutes.
  6. Place everything seasoning onto a plate.
  7. One at a time, quickly roll the fat bombs into a round shape, then roll into the seasoning mix. Gently roll in your hands to stick the seasoning onto the balls.
  8. Enjoy immediately or chill until needed.

    These are really good! I was in a hurry while making them and mistakenly dumped the whole amount of everything seasoning into the bowl with the cream cheese mixture, and blended it in. It was delicious but a little heavy on the garlic and not as pretty as yours. Next time I’ll do it right! Thank you.
