  2. Add the lemon juice, chives, dill, and pepper. Beat for 1-2 minutes on medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the smoked salmon and mix well.
  4. Taste and add salt, if needed.
  5. Use a cookie scoop to measure our bite-sized balls, place them onto a lined cookie sheet and chill for 30 minutes.
  6. Place the everything seasoning onto a plate.
  7. One at a time, quickly roll the fat bombs into a round shape, then roll into the seasoning mix. Gently roll in your hands to stick the seasoning onto the balls.
  8. Enjoy immediately or chill until needed.
