  • ½ cup of Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup of Heavy Cream

How to make Keto Caramel Sauce
  1. Place all the ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Once the sauce comes to a simmer, continue whisking until it has thickened and turned a light brown color. This can take 20-30 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and continue to whisk for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the hot sauce into a jar.
  5. Enjoy warm or leave to cool before storing in the fridge – it will thicken further when chilled.

    • Hi Shelly we tried various sweeteners and only Xylitol worked, we, however, did not try Monk Fruit so we don’t know. if you try it let us know how it turns out.
