Bacon Wrapped Cabbage Ingredients

- 1 small Cabbage
- 7 ounces of Bacon, 16 slices
- ½ cup of Butter, melted
- 2 cloves of Garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons of Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- ½ teaspoon of Pepper
How to Make Bacon Wrapped Cabbage

- Preheat oven to 200C/390F.
- Cut the cabbage in half, through the stalk, then each half into 4 wedges, keeping part of the stalk in each wedge.
- In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place 2 slices of bacon on your cutting board, brush both sides of a wedge of cabbage with the butter mixture, then wrap in the bacon. You may need to secure the bacon with a toothpick. Repeat with the remaining cabbage wedges.
- Place the bacon wrapped cabbage on a cookie sheet and brush with any remaining butter mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Serve immediately (don’t forget to remove any toothpicks).
