  • 5.5 ounces of Pork Belly, cut into cubes
  • ½ teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of White Pepper, ground
  • 6 stalks of Broccolini
  • ¼ cup of Tamari Sauce
  • 2 bunches of Bok Choy
  • Sesame Seeds, to garnish

How to Make Pork Belly Stir Fry

How to make Keto Pork Belly Stir Fry
  1. Place a wok or large saucepan over high heat.
  2. Add the sesame oil and pork belly. Saute, stirring often, until the pork is starting to get brown and crispy.
  3. Add the garlic powder and pepper, mix well before adding the broccolini.
  4. Saute for 2-3 minutes before adding the tamari sauce, followed by the bok choy.
  5. Cook until the bok choy has softened, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Split the stir fry between two bowls and garnish with sesame seeds!
