- 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil
- 5.5 ounces of Pork Belly, cut into cubes
- ½ teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon of White Pepper, ground
- 6 stalks of Broccolini
- ¼ cup of Tamari Sauce
- 2 bunches of Bok Choy
- Sesame Seeds to garnish
How to Make Pork Belly Stir Fry
- Place a wok or large saucepan over high heat.
- Add the sesame oil and pork belly. Saute, often stirring, until the pork gets brown and crispy.
- Add the garlic powder and pepper, and mix well before adding the broccolini.
- Saute for 2-3 minutes before adding the tamari sauce, followed by the bok choy.
- Cook until the bok choy has softened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Split the stir fry between two bowls and garnish with sesame seeds!
