- ¼ cup of Low Carb Mayonnaise

How to Make Keto Breaded Chicken Thighs

- Preheat your oven to 190C/375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a flat bottomed baking pan, add the almond flour, parmesan, ranch mix. Mix together and set aside.
- Use a meat mallet to pound the chicken thighs until they are of even thickness.
- Brush each chicken thigh with mayonnaise and bread with the almond flour mixture.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and has reached an internal temperature of 73C/165F.
- Serve your chicken with your favorite sides, we recommend Mashed Cauliflower or Garlic Green Beans
