  • 4 large Eggs separated
  • 1/3 cup of Unsalted Butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup of Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ½ cup of Heavy Cream
  • ¾ cup of Almond Flour
  • ½ cup of Erythritol, granulated
  • ½ teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 1 Lemon, zest only

How to make Keto Lemon Delicious
  1. Preheat your oven to 160C/320F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the egg yolks, butter, lemon juice, almond milk, and cream. Whisk together.
  3. Add the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and lemon zest. Whisk well and set aside.
  4. Place the whites into another mixing bowl, and using a hand mixer, whip to soft peaks.
  5. Fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture, a third at a time, until mixed in.
  6. Place 6 x 1 cup capacity ramekins into a deep roasting pan.
  7. Ladle the mixture evenly between the ramekins and fill the surrounding pan with boiling water until it reaches halfway up the ramekins.
  8. Bake for 25-35 minutes until the centers jiggle slightly when moved.
  9. Remove the ramekins from the pan and allow them to sit for 15 minutes before eating.
  10. Serve your desserts warm or place in the fridge and eat them cold.
