  • Pinch of Salt
  • 3 slices of Ham

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, ranch, lemon juice and salt.
  2. Place the ham on a cutting board and top each with 2 slices of cheese.
  3. Spread over the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Roll the ham into a scroll and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Cut each ham roll up into 6 pieces.
  6. Serve immediately or chill until needed.
