This Sugar-free Coconut Mousse dessert is not overly sweet. If you have a sweet tooth, you may want to increase the sweetener to ⅓ of a cup.

Keto Coconut Mousse Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups of Coconut Cream
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoons of Gelatine Powder
- ¼ cup of Natvia
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
- 1 teaspoon of Coconut Essence1 ½ cups of Heavy Cream
- 1 tablespoon of Unsweetened Coconut, shredded and toasted
- 4 Keto Coconut Wafers, optional
- ½ cup of Keto Whipped Cream, optional
How to Make Keto Coconut Mousse

- Place the coconut cream, gelatine, Natvia, vanilla, and coconut essence in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a simmer, ensure the gelatine has dissolved, then remove from the heat. Leave to cool until almost at room temperature.
- Place the cream in a large bowl and using a hand mixer, whisk to form soft peaks.
- Add a little of the coconut mixture at a time and whisk through. The mixture will be thick and pourable.
- Pour into 6 serving glasses or ramekins. Cover and set in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Serve garnished with a Keto Coconut Wafer and Whipped Cream.

Ingredients

- Add a little of the coconut mixture at a time and whisk through. The mixture will be thick and pourable.
