This Keto Cheesy Pasta recipe is made with shirataki noodles so it’s not really pasta, people just call it that. It’s the perfect low carb alternative.

  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Salted Butter
  • 5 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 pks of Shirataki Spaghetti Noodles, rinsed and drained well
  • ¾ cup of Chicken Stock
  • 1 cup of Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup of Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup of Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup of Provolone Cheese, shredded
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup of Chives, chopped

How to make Keto Cheesy Pasta
  1. Place a large nonstick pan over medium heat and add the olive oil and butter, followed by the garlic. Saute until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken stock and cream, and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the spaghetti and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Next add the 4 cheeses and stir through. Simmer until the sauce has thickened.
  5. Taste the sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir through the chives.
  6. Spoon the mixture between 4 bowls and serve immediately.

Ingredients
