- 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon of Salted Butter
- 5 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
- 2 pks of Shirataki Spaghetti Noodles, rinsed and drained well
- ¾ cup of Chicken Stock
- 1 cup of Heavy Cream
- ½ cup of Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup of Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup of Provolone Cheese, shredded
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- ¼ cup of Chives, chopped
How to Make Keto Cheesy Pasta

- Place a large nonstick pan over medium heat and add the olive oil and butter, followed by the garlic. Saute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken stock and cream, and bring to a simmer.
- Add the spaghetti and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Next add the 4 cheeses and stir through. Simmer until the sauce has thickened.
- Taste the sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir through the chives.
- Spoon the mixture between 4 bowls and serve immediately.
