This Keto Tuna Spaghetti recipe is a super simple, quick low-carb meal with a light sauce. Shirataki spaghetti and canned tuna are a great base to make this delicious ketogenic dish in under 15 minutes!

  • 1 pkt of Shirataki Spaghetti Noodles
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves of Garlic, sliced
  • 1 Lemon, zest
  • 2 x 5oz cans of Tuna, drained (approximately 210g/7.5oz drained)
  • 1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons of Parsley, roughly chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of Salted Butter
  • 1 ounce of Parmesan Cheese, freshly shredded

How to Make Keto Tuna Spaghetti

How to make Keto Tuna Spaghetti
  1. Prepare your shirataki spaghetti according to the packet directions and set aside to drain well.
  2. Place a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat and add the oil and garlic.
  3. Saute for about 30 seconds before adding the drained spaghetti. Mix well and saute for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Finely grate the lemon zest over the spaghetti, mix well, then add the tuna.
  5. Add the lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper, to taste. Mix well.
  6. Add the butter and cook for another 2 minutes. Mix well.
  7. Remove from the heat.
  8. Serve immediately topped with parmesan cheese.
