- 2 tablespoons of Unseasoned Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of Sesame Oil, toasted
- 1 tablespoon of Sukrin Gold
- 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon of Ground Ginger
- 1 cup of Napa Cabbage, shredded
- ½ cup of Red Cabbage, shredded
- 1 Cucumber, spiralized
- 1 Scallion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon of Sesame Seeds, toasted
How to Make Keto Asian Noodle Salad

- Prepare your shirataki noodles according to the packet directions. Drain well and cool.
- In a small jug, add the macadamia oil, tamari, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sukrin gold, garlic, and ginger. Whisk well and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the noodles, cabbages, cucumber, and scallions. Toss together.
- Pour over the dressing and toss together.
- Spoon into a serving bowl and sprinkle over the sesame seeds.
- Serve and enjoy!
