Our jalapeno poppers are loaded with creamy cheddar cheese and bacon with just 1g carbs, they make an ideal appetizer or can be enjoyed as a snack.

This jalapeno poppers recipe makes 10 serves. 1 serving is 2 jalapeno halves and has 1g net carbs.

Store leftover jalapeno poppers in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Jalapeno Poppers Ingredients

  • 10 Jalapeno Peppers
  • 8 ounces of Cream Cheese, softened
  • ½ cup of Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 Scallions, thinly sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon of Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of White Pepper, ground
  • 6 slices of Bacon, cooked and crumbled

How to Make Jalapeno Poppers

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C/390F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Slice the jalapenos in half lengthways and remove the seeds and membrane. Place them cut side up on the prepared pan.
  3. Add the cream cheese, cheddar, scallion, salt, pepper and half the bacon to a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  4. Spoon the cheese mixture into the jalapenos then sprinkle over the remaining bacon.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the peppers have softened.
  6. Serve hot.
