  • 1 pound of Green Beans, trimmed
  • 1 pound of Radishes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of Ranch Spice Mix
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 4 x 7 ounce of Pork Chops, bone-in
  • Fresh Parsley, to serve

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C/390F.
  2. Place the beans, radishes, oil, garlic, and half the ranch spice mix into a mixing bowl, with a good pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a large sheet pan. Spread out leaving spaces for pork chops.
  4. Place the pork chops into the spaces and sprinkle with the remaining ranch spice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes until the pork chops are cooked through, then broil/grill for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
