These Parmesan Chicken Wings can also be cooked in the oven. Just bake at 200C/400F for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, then broil your wings to crisp them up.

  • 2 teaspoons of Salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Pepper, ground
  • 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper, ground
  • Sauce Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup of Butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon of Parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of Garlic Powder
  • Salt, to taste

How to Make Parmesan Chicken Wings

  1. Place your wings in a large mixing bowl and add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne. Mix well and leave the wings to marinate for 3 hours, or overnight for best results.
  2. Preheat your deep fryer to 180C/355F.
  3. Fry the chicken wings in batches with similar-sized pieces until brown, crispy, and cooked through. Cooking times will vary depending on the size of your wings, test with a meat thermometer or cut into the largest one to check.
  4. In a large heatproof bowl, add the melted butter, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, and additional salt, if using.
  5. Toss the cooked wings into the buttery-parmesan mixture and serve immediately.
