Strawberry Fat Bombs Recipe

Our original Strawberry Fat Bombs recipe has been updated just in time for mothers day. We’ve replaced the original protein powder with healthier collagen powder.

Not only is collagen protein keto-friendly, but it’s also great for skin, hair, and nails with a creamier consistency.

Our Strawberry Fat Bombs cream delight recipe is best served straight from the fridge.

Double cream has 48-60% fat and makes them deliciously creamy.

If you can’t find double cream, heavy whipping cream can be substituted, mixing it with extra vanilla collagen powder.

Strawberry & Cream Fat BombsIngredients

  • 6 ounces of Cream Cheese, softened
  • 5 fluid ounces of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 ounce of Vanilla Collagen Powder
  • 3 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Strawberry Essence (Flavor)

How to Make Strawberry & Cream Fat Bombs

  1. Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer for 5 minutes until well combined.
  2. Set the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. When the mixture is set, rub your hands with a little coconut oil and shape the mix into ten evenly-sized fat bombs. The coconut oil will stop the mix from sticking to your hands.
