  • ⅓ cup of Butter, melted
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon of Parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of Garlic Powder
  • Salt, to taste

  1. Place your wings in a large mixing bowl and add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne. Mix well and leave the wings to marinate for 3 hours, or overnight for best results.
  2. Preheat your deep fryer to 180C/355F.
  3. Fry the chicken wings in batches with similar sized pieces until brown, crispy and cooked through. Cooking times will vary depending on the size of your wings, test with a meat thermometer or cut into the largest one to check.
  4. In a large heatproof bowl, add the melted butter, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, and additional salt, if using.
  5. Toss the cooked wings into the buttery-parmesan mixture and serve immediately.
