How to make Keto Fat Butter Bars
  1. Prepare an 8in square pan by lining with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the fat butter, maple, and coconut. Mix well.
  3. Press into the base of your prepared tin, and smooth into an even layer.
  4. Place in the fridge while preparing the topping.
  5. Place the chocolate and butter into a small heatproof bowl and place over a saucepan of simmering water. Once the chocolate is about 60% melted, remove from the heat and continue to stir until completely melted.
  6. Pour the chocolate evenly over the base, then place in the fridge to set for 2 hours.
  7. Cut into 12 squares and enjoy.
