These delicious keto donuts are soft fluffy, and sweet. You can top low-carb and gluten-free with your favorite glazing, the healthiest donut recipe there is.

Not only are the keto donuts delicious, low-carb, and gluten-free, but you don’t need a donut maker to make them. These soft and fluffy keto donuts are baked in the oven so anyone can make them at home.

This keto donuts recipe makes eight donuts. One serving is one donut and has 2g net carbs.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup of Almond Flour
  • ⅓ cup of Powdered Erythritol
  • 2 teaspoons of Psyllium Husk Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Cinnamon, ground
  • ¼ teaspoon of Nutmeg, ground
  • 1 large Egg
  • 3 tablespoons of Unsalted Butter, melted
  • ¼ cup of Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence

How To Make Keto Donuts

How to make keto donuts.
  1. Preheat your oven to 160C/320F.
  2. Place all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
  4. Grease your donut tin with butter and spoon or pipe the batter evenly between 8 holes.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. The donuts are cooked when they spring back when touched.
  6. Turn out and leave to cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes.
