How To Make Keto Chocolate Almond Slice

  1. Prepare an 8-inch square pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Add the fat butter, maple, and coconut in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. Press into the base of your prepared tin and smooth into an even layer.
  4. Place in the fridge while preparing the topping.
  5. Place the chocolate and butter into a small heatproof bowl and place over a saucepan of simmering water. Once the chocolate is about 60% melted, please remove it from the heat and stir until it is completely melted.
  6. Pour the chocolate evenly over the base, then place in the fridge to set for 2 hours.
  7. Cut into 12 squares and enjoy.
