  1. Halve and remove the meat from half of an Avocado
  2. Place all the ingredients in a Blender or Smoothie Maker
  3. Blend on high for half a minute or until smooth
  4. For a thicker consistency put the Shake in the fridge for half an hour while the Chia Seeds absorb the liquid. If you leave it too long you may need a spoon.
