- 1 pound Broccoli 2 medium heads
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 ounce Butter
- 3 ounces Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoons chives finely chopped
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to the boil.
- Cut the broccoli into evenly sized florets.1 pound Broccoli
- Gently add the broccoli to the boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes, until the broccoli is tender.1/2 teaspoon Salt, 1 ounce Butter, 3 ounces Sour Cream, 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- Drain the broccoli and return it to the warm pot, add the butter, sour cream, salt and pepper.
- Blend the broccoli with a stick blender until there are no lumps.
