Recipe makes 20 serves, each serving is 1 tablespoon of compound butter.

Bacon & Parmesan Flavored Compound Butter Ingredients

  • 4 ounces (4 slices) of Bacon
  • 2 sticks (8 ounces) of Butter, unsalted and softened
  • ¼ cup of Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • ½ teaspoon of Pepper
  • Salt, to taste

How to make Bacon & Parmesan Flavored Compound Butter

  1. In a large non-stick frying pan, fry the bacon until it is crispy. Allow to cool.
  2. Add the bacon to your food processor and blend on high speed until it resembled large crumbs.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend on medium speed until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Spoon the butter onto a sheet of cling film and gently roll into a log shape. Store in the fridge or freezer.
