This Keto Spicy Noodles recipe is quick, easy, and makes delicious hot noodles to serve as a low-carb side or main meal.

This Keto Spicy Noodles recipe makes 4 side serves. 1 serving is 1 cup and has 3g net carbs.

Store leftover Keto Spicy Noodles in the fridge for up to 4 days, they are not suitable for freezing.

To reheat the noodles place them in a microwave or in a frying pan over medium heat and add a few tablespoons of water to prevent drying out.

Keto Spicy Noodles Ingredients

  • ¼ cup of Tamari Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of Sriracha Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon of White Pepper, ground
  • ½ teaspoon of Xanthan Gum
  • 2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil
  • 2 teaspoons of Ginger, grated
  • 1 Bird’s Eye Chili, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of Garlic, sliced
  • 2 pkts Shirataki Spaghetti Noodles, rinsed and drained
  • 2 Scallions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of Sesame Seeds, toasted

How to make Keto Spicy Noodles
  1. In a small bowl, add the tamari, maple syrup, sriracha, pepper, and xanthan gum. Whisk well and set aside to thicken.
  2. Place a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the sesame oil, ginger, chili and garlic. Saute for 1-2 minutes then add the noodles.
  3. Saute for 2-3 minutes, then add the sauce.
  4. Continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes until it is steaming hot and the sauce has completely coated the noodles.
  5. Stir through the scallions and serve topped with sesame seeds.

  1. What do you recommend to substitute for the Bird’s Eye chili? I’ve never heard of that, but I also can’t find where to get it. Thanks.

    • Hi Sherrie, you can use any small chili pepper, just be sure that its hotness suits you because some chilis are very, very hot.
