Lamb Kofta Keto recipe, no added carbs or fillers.

Our Keto lamb Kofta recipe ensures a very tasty and easy dish to make with no nasty high carb fillers that are found in many store-bought or takeout dishes.

Many food outlets use fillers in their ground meat recipes (burgers, kebabs, koftas and the like) to keep costs low, claiming the need for binding.

  3. Push the skewer through the center of the meat so that the meat covers one end of the skewer.
  4. Heat a non-stick frying pan or BBQ plate on high.
  5. Put a dash of olive oil in the frying pan once hot and place the koftas in the pan.
  6. Brush the koftas with olive oil using rosemary sprigs then leave the sprigs in the pan.
