  • 2 large Eggs
  • ½ teaspoon of Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Dried Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 cup of Shirataki Spaghetti Noodles, rinse and drained
  • 1 tablespoon of Salted Butter
  • 1/3 cup Chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1/3 cup of Cheddar Cheese, shredded

How to Make Keto Chicken Noodle Omelette

How to make a Keto Chicken Noodle Omelette
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, onion powder, parsley, and salt and pepper, until combined. Set aside.
  2. Preheat your grill/broiler to high heat.
  3. Place a medium nonstick pan over medium-high heat, add the noodles and dry-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are steaming.
  4. Add the butter, followed by the shredded chicken. Cook for 2 minutes, whilst stirring, then push the mixture into an even layer across the bottom of the pan.
  5. Pour over the egg mixture and swirl your pan to evenly spread the egg around.
  6. Sprinkle over the cheese and place your omelette under the grill/broiler until the cheese has melted and is golden.
  7. Slide your omelette onto a plate and enjoy it hot!
