Keto Vegan Dukkah

This vegan keto recipe is a low-carb version of Dukkah (or Duqqa).

What is Dukkah?

Dukkah is an Egyptian condiment made from nuts, seeds, and spices.

This dukkah recipe fits right in with a ketogenic diet but it’s also perfect for vegans and those who are gluten-free.

How To Use Dukkah

Not quite sure what to do with how to use dukkah? We’ve put together a few ideas (though some may not be keto vegan) to help you out:

  • Dip keto bread in it
  • Sprinkle it over fried or poached eggs
  • Toss through steamed vegetables
  • Coat vegetables in Dukkah and oil before roasting
  • Sprinkle over salad (keto vegan)
  • Add Cauliflower Rice to spice up your side
  • Create a Middle Eastern Dip using Dukkah and Avocado

What to do with your new Dukkah recipe is limited only by your imagination. Sometimes a sneaky spoonful straight from the jar is just what you need to fend off hunger.

  • 2 tablespoons of Cumin Seed
  • 1 teaspoon of Fennel Seed
