Ingredients

  • Protein powder. The secret to making this recipe good. Always use unflavored, unsweetened whey protein. This ingredient is what separates it from other recipes that come out too grainy.
  • Salt.
  • Almond flour. We use almond flour because it is very low-carb and has the benefit of being gluten-free.
  • Eggs. We use large free-range, organic eggs because they taste better and the chicken lives a better life.
  • Baking powder. Make the batter light and airy.
