Our Keto Chicken Doner Kebab is a great meal without the unknowns that come with ordering a plate from the local takeaway. It’s loaded with flavor and easy to customize to your tastes.
Place the chicken in a large bowl and add the garlic, lemon, oil and spices. Store in the fridge to marinate for 3 hours, or overnight for best results.
Preheat oven to 200C/390F.
Thread the chicken onto thick bamboo, or metal skewers and lay across a roasting tray, lined with foil, so that the chicken isn’t touching the base.
Bake for 50 minutes - 1 hour, turning halfway through, until cooked through.
Rest the chicken while preparing the kebab.
Fill each of the wraps with 1 tablespoon of garlic sauce, ¼ cup of lettuce, ¼ of the tabbouleh and 1 ounce of cheddar cheese.
Slice the chicken and add to the wraps, top with hot sauce, if using.
