Preheat your grill to a medium high heat. We recommend using a cast iron grill plate or frying pan for best result.
In a small bowl, place all the sauce ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
Divide the ground beef into 4 even sections, amd very gently shape into a 2cm/1in thick disc. Place onto a tray and season with salt and pepper.
Oil the grill plate and place the burgers seasoned side down, press firmly with a barbecue tool and scraper until your burger is under 1cm/0.5in thick. Season the top with more salt.
Leave the burgers to cook until the juices start to pool on the surface.
Flip and top with a slice of cheese. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Serve your burgers however you like! We recommend using lettuce leaves or a keto burger bun, topped with your favorite fillings!
