Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt, cream, erythritol, and vanilla. Mix well.
Fold through the diced strawberries.
Pour the mixture onto a large flat baking pan, lined with parchment paper, and smooth into an even layer.
Top with the strawberry slices and Keto Granola.
Freeze for 3 hours, or until firm.
Break into shards and enjoy!
