Instructions
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, parmesan, garlic, Worcestershire, oregano, pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix well.
Roll the mix into 16 meatballs.
Place a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat and add the oil and the meatballs. Cook the meatballs until they are browned and cooked through.
Add the marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes then remove from the heat.
Preheat your broiler.
Slice your sub rolls 80% of the way through and place on a baking pan lined with parchment.
Place 4 meatballs onto each sub with sauce, reserving about ¼ cup of sauce.
Top the sub with mozzarella cheese.
Broil until the cheese has melted.
Top the subs with the reserved sauce and enjoy!
