Portobello Mushrooms

Olive Oil

Garlic

Keto Marinara Sauce

Mozzarella Cheese

Pepperoni

Italian Herb Mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220C/430F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Gently remove the stalks from the mushrooms and discard.
Mix together the oil and garlic, and brush onto both sides of the mushroom. Place the mushrooms gill side up on the prepared cookie sheet.
Evenly spread the marinara sauce over each of the mushrooms, top with the cheese, pepperoni and sprinkle over the herb mix.
Bake for 7-10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and is starting to brown.
Serve immediately.
