Instructions
Preheat oven to 190C/375. Line an 8in loaf tin with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, add all ingredients, reserving a ½ cup of cheddar and 1 tablespoon of rosemary. Mix well.
1 pound Ground Chicken,
2 cloves Garlic,
1 large Egg,
2 tablespoons Keto Marinara Sauce,
1 small Onion,
2 tablespoons Rosemary,
1 cup Cheddar Cheese,
1 teaspoon Sweet Paprika,
½ teaspoon Salt,
½ teaspoon Pepper
Press the mixture into your prepared loaf tin.
Bake for 30 minutes, then remove from the oven and top with the reserved cheddar and rosemary.
Bake for another 25-30 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Cut into thick slices and serve with a side of Broccoli Mash.
