Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl and add half a cup of the Keto Teriyaki Sauce and the sesame oil. Place in the fridge and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 200C/390F.
Place the marinated chicken into a roasting tray.
Roast for 25-35 minutes, basting with more of the sauce halfway through.
Serve the chicken sprinkled with the scallion and sesame seeds, and with a side of cauliflower rice.
