Instructions
Preheat your oven to 220C/425F. Grease and line a round baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Break the cauliflower up into florets and process into “rice” in your food processor.
9 ounces Cauliflower
Place the riced cauliflower into a bowl and microwave, uncovered, for 4-8 minutes, until soft and cooked through. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes.
Spoon the cauliflower into a clean kitchen towel or cloth and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
Add the cauliflower to a mixing bowl along with the parmesan, shredded mozzarella, almond flour, garlic powder, oregano, and egg. Mix well.
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese,
¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese,
2 tablespoons Almond Flour,
1 large Egg,
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder,
½ teaspoon Oregano
Press the mixture onto your prepare pan and smooth out to a 10in circle.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
Top with Keto Marinara Sauce and slices of buffalo mozzarella (or your preferred toppings).
⅓ cup Keto Marinara Sauce,
4 ounces Buffalo Mozzarella
Bake for another 8-12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Cut into 8 slices and serve.
