Ingredients
2poundsBrisket
¼cupBBQ RubWe use our Keto rub but you can use your favorite.
½cupBarbecue SauceWe use our BBQs as it's sugar free but you can use your own.
Rub the brisket with the Keto BBQ Rub and place into a roasting tray.
2 pounds Brisket, ¼ cup BBQ Rub, ½ cup Barbecue Sauce
Roast for 3 hours, then remove from the oven and rest for 30 minutes.
Increase the oven to 210C/410F.
Dice the brisket into large chunks and return to the roasting tray, along with the barbecue sauce. Mix well.
Roast for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the beef is crispy and tender.
Serve pickles, extra Barbecue Sauce with a side of Keto Coleslaw.
