Preheat the oven to 150C/300F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the bread into 1cm chunks and place into a large bowl.
½ loaf Keto Bread
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well, then place onto your prepared cookie sheet.
¼ cup Olive Oil, 1 teaspoon Oregano, ½ teaspoon Salt, ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder, ¼ teaspoon White Pepper
Roast for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until the croutons are crunchy and cooked through.
Leave to cool before storing in an airtight container.
Notes
STORING: Store croutons in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 3 days. Croutons are not suitable for freezing as they will lose their crunch.
