These Pizza Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms are super easy and ready in 10 minutes! They are perfect for a quick cheesy lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Portobello Mushrooms
1
tablespoon
Olive Oil
1
clove
Garlic
crushed

Keto Marinara Sauce
1 ½
cups
Mozzarella Cheese
shredded

ounces
Pepperoni

teaspoons
Italian Herb Mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220C/430F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Gently remove the stalks from the mushrooms and discard.
6 Portobello Mushrooms
Mix together the oil and garlic, and brush onto both sides of the mushroom. Place the mushrooms gill side up on the prepared cookie sheet.
1 tablespoon Olive Oil,
1 clove Garlic
Evenly spread the marinara sauce over each of the mushrooms, top with the cheese, pepperoni and sprinkle over the herb mix.
⅓ cup Keto Marinara Sauce,
1 ½ cups Mozzarella Cheese,
2 ounces Pepperoni,
3 teaspoons Italian Herb Mix
Bake for 7-10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and is starting to brown.
Serve immediately.
