Our Keto Bacon & Egg Sandwich is a classic breakfast dish, but that doesn’t mean it has to be eaten in the morning!

  • Butter both sides of the Keto Bread.
  • Place the bread into a non-stick pan over medium heat and toast each side for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. Set aside on a plate and spread with the Keto Pepper Relish.
  • Add the bacon to the pan and increase to high heat. Cook the bacon to your desired crispiness and add to the toasted bread.
  • Fry the egg in the bacon grease to your desired doneness and place on top of the bacon.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then top with the second piece of toast and enjoy.
