Butter both sides of the Keto Bread.
Place the bread into a non-stick pan over medium heat and toast each side for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. Set aside on a plate and spread with the Keto Pepper Relish.
Add the bacon to the pan and increase to high heat. Cook the bacon to your desired crispiness and add to the toasted bread.
Fry the egg in the bacon grease to your desired doneness and place on top of the bacon.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then top with the second piece of toast and enjoy.
