Ingredients

  • 4 slices Keto Bread
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Pepper

Instructions

  • Butter both sides of the bread slices.
  • Place a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add two of the slices.
  • Top each with a slice of cheese and half the mozzarella and sprinkle over the salt and pepper, then the other slices of bread.
  • Cook the sandwiches for 3-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve immediately.
