Ingredients

cherry bocconcini
or mozzarella pearls

tablespoon
fresh thyme
roughly torn
2
teaspoons
Whole Peppercorns
1-2
large
red chili
thinly sliced
3
cloves
garlic
thinly sliced

Instructions
In a medium to large glass jar, add half the bocconcini and top with half of the thyme, peppercorns, chili and garlic.
14 ounces cherry bocconcini,
1 tablespoon fresh thyme,
2 teaspoons Whole Peppercorns,
1-2 large red chili,
3 cloves garlic
Add the salt and top with the remaining bocconcini, thyme, peppercorns, chili and garlic.
1 teaspoon Salt
Pour over the oil until all the ingredients are covered.
1/2-1 cup olive oil
Place the lid on the jar and give it a light shake to mix the ingredients.
Store in the fridge for at least 2 hours to infuse, before enjoying.
